China Mobile has recorded 15 million registered users, including eight million users in Guangdong province alone, for its "139.com" social networking service (SNS) site's micro-blogging service "Shuo Ke," New Express reported. Users can send or receive information via Internet or short messaging service (SMS). China Mobile released the service in late August.
