China Mobile Doles Out RMB 23B in Shaanxi

China Mobile promised to invest RMB 23 billion over the next five years in the construction of information industry infrastructure in Shaanxi province in a framework contract signed with the provincial government on June 27. The project will create more than 30,000 jobs. China Mobile's 2009 investments are expected to exceed RMB 4 billion.
