Telecom's Big Three Sign Infrastructure Cooperation Agreement

China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom signed a framework agreement to jointly construct and share telecom infrastructure on December 10. The agreement also established procedures for sharing cost and profit.

The Chinese government instructed China Mobile, Telecom and Unicom to share and co-build infrastructure on October 6. China Telecom and China Unicom's Qinghai subsidiaries subsequently signed agreements to share and jointly construct infrastructure.
