China will release more than 10 million TD-SCDMA user accounts in ten cities across China in the fourth quarter of 2007. The ten cities are Beijing, Shanghai ,Tianjin, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Shenyang, Xiamen, Baoding, Qingdao and Qinhuangdao.
